The first impression of Hanoi, the Vietnam capital, is incredible and corresponds with its ancient name <em>City of the Soaring Dragon<\/em>: Pulsating with life, bubbling with commerce, buzzing with motorbikes \u2013 a city with a blend of Parisian grace and Asian pace\u2026 We expect having mayor difficulties because of the <em>Taifun Lekima<\/em>, that stroke the country a couple of days ago, leaving some parts of Vietnam with floods, destruction and death.
